ghazal in English translation:
1.
parde mai'n dosti ke, jo dushmani kare'nge,
kya khaak paish un ko, hum zindgi kare'nge.
(Those friends who behind the curtain of friendship will do conspiracy.
We can't embrace their wishes and award them our life's insight sanctity.)
2.
woh hum ko bhool jaane se, paishtar bataa'e'n,
hum apni chaahato'n mai'n, kaise kami kare'nge.
(O, my love! before you forget and desert me for any reason, please do
tell me.
How I can decrease my love for you which has become the part of my body?)
3.
un ko wafaa hamaari, jakRe gii daikhh laina,
kab tak sitam tumhaare, aawaargi kare'nge.
(I assure and guarantee you (my love) one day my loyalty will entrap your
disdain.
My good attitude will chain your cruelty, and your hate for me, will no
longer sustain.)
4.
kuchh kaar-e-shaitnat jo, shaitaan kar na paayaa,
woh kaam daikh laina, insaan hi kare'nge.
(Here in this world some satanic jobs, which remain unaccomplished by
the devilry.
The left over mischievous work, friends of rouges (humans) will perform
happily.)

tanhaa'i'yo'n ko hum ne, apnaa liya hai, kyuu'nke,
milne peh unkahi kuch, hum baat bhi kare'nge.

is dil peh zakhm mai'n ne, yuu'nhi nahee'n sajaaye,
dil mei'n khabi to maire, yeh roshni kare'nge.

kuchh dair 'aql ko bhi, daite rahe hai'n chhutti,
